The Present Administration Has Stressed The Need For Civil Servants To Be Abreast With Training And Retraining

A call has gone to
Abia State workers to keep themselves abreast with the Training and Retraining programs provided by this present Administration under the leadership of Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR the Executive Governor of Abia State.

This call was made while the Chairman Civil Service Commission Dr.(Mrs) Eno Jerry Eze was receiving reports from officers that are representing the Commission on the on – going Departmental Selection Board meetings for the 2022 and 2023 Promotion/Conversion/Confirmation.

She stressed the need for the Civil servants to avail themselves the opportunity of Training and Retraining programs of our dear Governor in realizing a new Civil Service. She reminded them of the importance of updating their knowledge from time to time.

Maintaining that Promotion/Conversion/Confirmation Examination and Oral interview is to keep them abreast and also make them to be proficient and relevant. She enjoined them to shun any form of vices that will ruin their careers.
In a related development,the Permanent Secretary Civil Service Commission Deaconess Dim Ijeoma Clara charged the workers to reciprocate His Excellency kind gesture of approving the conduct of 2022 and 2023 Promotion/Conversion/Confirmation simultaneously by being productive and diligent in service delivery.
