The Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has approved the constitution of A Security Advisory Council and Security Trust Fund for the State.
This was contained in a release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sir Kazie Uko with the former Chief of Army Staff as Chairman of Security Advisory Council.
Consequently, Governor Otti has the following other persons as members of both councils and their appointments take immediate effect.
